Ajay Sharma,MD

Ajay Sharma, MD is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist at Mid-Ohio Behavioral Health in (MOBH- Zanesville. He specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Sharma has extensive experience treating ADHD, Autism, Anxiety disorders, Bipolar disorder, Depression, Psychotic disorders, PTSD, OCD, and other conditions across the lifespan.

He completed his General Psychiatry residency at the Delaware Psychiatric Center and his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. During training, he received the Outstanding Resident Award from the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry twice. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.

In his personal time, Dr. Sharma enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two sons.
